Q: I'd like your assistance in arranging my wedding flowers. How can you help?

A: With over 20 years of wedding experience in floristry and design, Lucy and the team work with YOU to create customer specific wedding packages to cater for that one special occasion. Please inquire via email or telephone to find out more about our Wedding Packages or to arrange a consultation session.

Q: Do you deliver? I have a friend in the United States and I want to deliver some flowers there - do you deliver overseas?

A: Lucy's Florist deliver all around Australia and to a large number of overseas countries worldwide. Through the widely acclaimed Petals Network, Interflora and Teleflora - delivery can be arranged almost anywhere, ranging from the likes of Melbourne, Australia, all the way to the United States and to the cities of Europe and Asia.

Q: I would like to arrange for some flowers to be made - how do I go about it?

A: Browse through our website to view some of our most popular designs and pay securely online via credit card for your convenience. If you would like something specially designed, please send us an email through our Contact Us section and we will endeavour to respond immediately. Otherwise, for more urgent requests, please call and speak to one of our friendly staff over the phone or drop by at our Summer Hill shop-front.

Q: What are Lucy's Florist & Gifts opening hours? Are you open on Sundays?

A: We are open Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 6:30pm. YES! we are open on Sundays, 8:30am - 5pm.
