Mother’s Day Banner

Let’s start with a simple and easy one to do. Create a banner with a Mother’s Day greeting and your mom’s name with it. If you’re feeling a bit more creative, add fresh flowers around it, paint it, or draw on it with things that resonates with your mother. The great thing about this banner is that you can let every member of your family add something to the banner so it’s not just a simple banner.

Mother’s Day Breakfast

How about cooking your mom breakfast? She may be the best cook for that but this time let her rest and relax. Make sure to wake up earlier than she would. No need to pressure yourself to prepare something grand. A simple pancake, sausage, fruits, and an orange juice will do. Make it special with a little Mother’s Day banner pinned to the pancake.

If you’re feeling extra creative, do some wall art. Prepare a canvas, probably big enough for everyone in your family to participate in to make this art extraordinary. Once done, frame it and place it on your mother’s bedroom - over the bed or her side table.

Mother’s Day Theme Room Decoration

This one requires a bit more of your time and effort. The idea is that you will transform a room dedicated to your mom’s preferences. Know her favourite colour first and update the things you can in the room. For example, in her bedroom, change her pillow case, sofa cover, and draperies in her favourite colour. Finish the decoration with a special flower arrangement.

This is another option if you won’t be able to make breakfast. It’s recommended to cook instead of buying outside to make this one special. However, if time does not really permit you to cook, order her favourites and furnish the dinner table with some scented candles, table runner in her favourite colours, and lastly her favourite flowers.
